WordPress does not offer a core forum functionality as Drupal does but it is still possible to replicate Drupal forums using one of the available WordPress forum plug-ins, like the BBPress 2.x forum, which is the one we strongly recommend though other WordPress forum plug-ins could also be used if desired.

Let us know if apart from migrating the forum data you would also like to redirect the URLs of all forum posts to the new one. This needs to be analyzed case by case since forum modules / plugins usually follow a very free form URL pattern that may make difficult their redirection.
